2 Ambulance Service Amendment (No. 1) No. 283, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Ambulance Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Ambulance Service Regulation 1991 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.3 (Definitions) 3. Section 3 (definition “pensioner” )— insert— ‘ (f) a Queensland Seniors card; ’. ˙ Amendment of s.4 (Subscriptions) 4.(1) Section 4(2)— omit, insert— ‘(2) Subject to subsection (3), subscriptions are payable by 1 payment each year at the following rates— (a) family—$78.00; (b) single—$49.00; (c) family pensioner—$49.00; (d) single pensioner—$36.00. ’. (2) Section 4(3)— omit, insert— ‘(3) In relation to the subscriptions mentioned in subsection (2)(a) and (b), a subscription may be paid by weekly instalments at the following rate— (a) family subscription—$1.85 per week; (b) single subscription—$1.30 per week. ’.
