2 Ambulance Service Amendment (No. 1) No. 309, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Ambulance Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Ambulance Service Regulation 1991 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.4 (Subscriptions) 3. Section 4(2)— omit, insert — ‘(2) Subject to subsection (3), subscriptions are payable by 1 payment each year at the following rates— (a) family—$66.00; (b) single—$49.00; (c) family pensioner—$49.00; (d) single pensioner—$36.00. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.7 (Fees for services) 4.(1) Section 7(1)(a)— omit ‘ $114.00 ’, insert ‘ $116.00 ’. (2) Section 7(1)(a)— omit ‘ $2.85 ’, insert ‘ $2.90 ’. (3) Section 7(1)(b)— omit ‘ $2.85 ’, insert ‘ $2.90 ’. (4) Section 7(1)(b)— omit ‘ $34.00 ’, insert ‘ $35.00 ’. (5) Section 7(1)(c)— omit ‘ $9.00 ’, insert ‘ $9.20 ’.
