Application for relief from unfair dismissal - costs application against lawyer or paid agent - dismissed.

[1] Pursuant to s.601 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) I reduce to writing the decision given orally in transcript on 19 February 2016 in relation to an application for costs made by the Applicant on 19 October 2015.

[2] I find that the costs application includes an application pursuant to s.401 of the Fair Work Act 2009 for costs against the Respondent’s legal representatives and I dismiss such application for costs and my reasons are those given in transcript.
