Application for approval of the Amalgamated Casket Company Pty. Ltd. Enterprise Agreement 2023
Amalgamated Casket Company Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Amalgamated Casket Company Pty. Ltd. Enterprise Agreement 2023 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 10 April 2023. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 December 2025.
The Agreement covers The Australian Workers’ Union.
