1. The applicants seek special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Moshinsky, Stewart and Button JJ) dismissing an appeal from a judgment of a single judge of the Federal Court of Australia (O'Bryan J) relating to sanctions imposed pursuant to the Autonomous Sanctions Act 2011 (Cth) and the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011 (Cth).

2. The proposed appeal is not an appropriate vehicle to consider the questions raised and, in any event, does not raise any point of general principle. Further, there is insufficient reason to doubt the correctness of the decision below. It cannot be said that the administration of justice, either generally or in this particular case, supports the grant of special leave.

3. Special leave to appeal is refused with costs.
