AN ACT to repeal the Alsatian Dog Act, 1962-1973.

[Assented to 10th September, 1976.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. This Act may be cited as the Alsatian Dog Act Short title.

Repeal Act, 1976.

2. This Act shall come into operation on a day Commence- ment.

to be fixed by proclamation.

3. The Alsatian Dog Act, 1962, and the Alsatian Repeal of Acts Nos. 89

Dog Act Amendment Act, 1964, as amended of 1962 and

pursuant to the Metric Conversion Act, 1972-1975, 13 of 1964.

are hereby repealed.
