AN ACT to amend the Alsatian Dog Act, 1962.

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Alsatian and citation.

Dog Act Amendment Act, 1964.

(2) In this Act the Alsatian Dog Act, 1962, is

referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Alsatian Dog Act, 1962-1964.

2.    Section six of the principal Act is amended by

section

(3) A fee of five pounds shall be paid to the Protection Board on the issue of a permit and a fee of two pounds on the renewal or the transfer of a permit. .

Section eight of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words, "fourteen days", in lines eight and nine of subsection (1), the words, "six weeks".

(a) by substituting for the words, "sections ten and eleven", in lines three and four of subsection (1) the words, "section ten"; and

(b) by repealing subsection (2).
