AN ACT to amend the Alsatian Dog Act, 1962.

[Assented to 2nd October, 19641

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Alsatian

and citation.

Dog Act Amendment Act, 1964.

(2) In this Act the Alsatian Dog Act, 1962, is

referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Alsatian Dog Act, 1962-1964.

2.    Section six of the principal Act is amended by

section

(3) A fee of five pounds shall be paid to the Protection Board on the issue of a permit and a fee of two pounds on the renewal or the transfer of a permit. .

(b) by repealing subsection (2).
