AN ACT to amend Section two of the Alsatian Dog

Act, 1929.

[Assented to 25th October, 1938.]

RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,

by and with the advice and consent of the Legis-

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western

Australia., in this present Parliament assembled, and by

the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Alsatian Dog Act Short tle-

Amendment Act, 1938, and shall be read as one with the

Alsatian Dog Act, 1929, hereinafter called the principal

Act.

Amendment

2. Section two of the principal Act is amended by of s. 2 of

deleting the words "is of or over three months of age	principal Act.
and" in lines four and five.
