Alpine Resorts (Management) (Fees) Regulations

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase
limits on fees which may be determined by an

Alpine Resort Management Board.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 57 of the Alpine Resorts (Management) Act 1997.

3. Principal Regulations

In these Regulations, the Alpine Resorts
(Management) Regulations 19981 are called the
Principal Regulations.

4. New limits on fees

In the Principal Regulations—

(a)

in regulation 18(2), for "$7.00" substitute "$7.70";

(b)

in regulation 21(3), for "$7.00" substitute "$7.70";

(c) in regulation 26(2)—

(i)  in paragraph (a), for "$260.00" substitute "$286.00";

(ii)  in paragraph (b), for "$1500.00" substitute "$1650.00";

(iii)  in paragraph (c), for "$450.00" substitute "$495.00";

(d) in regulation 28(2)—

(i)  in paragraph (a), for "$260.00" substitute "$286.00";

(ii)  in paragraph (b), for "$1500.00" substitute "$1650.00";

(iii)  in paragraph (c), for "$450.00" substitute "$495.00";

(e)

in regulation 30(2), for "$3.00" substitute "$3.30".

5. New Schedules 2 and 3 substituted

For Schedules 2 and 3 to the Principal Regulations substitute—
