The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the
Alpine Resorts Commission, makes the following
Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fees payable for the use of cross country trails in alpine resorts by members of the public.
2. Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 42 of the Alpine Resorts Act 1983.
3. Increase in fees payable for use of cross country trails in alpine resorts
In regulation 5(1) of the Alpine Resorts (Cross Country Trail Fees) Regulations 19911, for the Table of Fees substitute—
