Alpine Resorts (Application Fees)

1. Title

These Regulations may be cited as the Alpine Resorts (Application Fees) Regulations 1990.

2. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to fix application fees for the issue of authorities and leases under the Alpine Resorts Act 1983.

3. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 42(1)(l) of the Alpine Resorts Act 1983.

4. Fees

The application fee for—

(a)

an authority under section 25 of the Alpine Resorts Act 1983; or

(b) a lease under section 28 of that Act—

is $140.

NOTES

1.  General Information

The Alpine Resorts (Application Fees) Regulations 1990, S.R. No. 103/1990
were made on 29 May 1990 by the Governor in Council on recommendation
of the Alpine Resorts Commission, under section 42(1)(l) of the Alpine
Resorts Act 1983, No. 9974/1983 and came into operation on 29 May 1990.
The Alpine Resorts (Application Fees) Regulations 1990 will sunset 10 years
after the day of making on 29 May 2000 (see section 5 of the Subordinate
Legislation Act 1994).
