Allocation of the Administration of Acts 2011

(No 3—Amendment)

The Department of Premier and Cabinet, Sydney

THE Administrator, with the advice of the Executive Council, has approved of the administration of the Acts listed in the attached Schedule being vested in the Ministers indicated.

The allocation replaces previous allocations relating to the Acts concerned.

Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 No 157, Chapters 12 and 12A and any other provisions of that Act so far as they relate to functions under Chapters 12 and 12A (remainder, the Minister for Family and Community Services)

Community Welfare Act 1987 No 52, so far as any provisions of the Act relate to functions under Chapters 12 and 12A of the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 (remainder, jointly the Minister for Disability Services and the Minister for Family and Community Services, except part, the Minister for Police and Emergency Services)

The Minister for Finance and Services has joint administration of all Acts listed for the Minister for Fair Trading (which are not listed again below), and the following Acts:

Aboriginal Housing Act 1998 No 47 (jointly with the Minister for Family
and Community Services)
Water Management Act 2000 No 92, Part 2 of Chapter 6 (in so far as that
Part relates to the Upper Parramatta River Catchment Trust and the Sydney
Olympic Park Authority), and any other provisions of that Act so far as they
relate to those water supply authorities (remainder, the Minister for Primary

Industries)
