HIS HONOUR:   Good morning, gentlemen, what is the position?

MR DAVIS:   If your Honour was of a mind to make an order under Order 69A, then the parties have agreed as to the terms of that order.  Could I hand up a draft, please?

HIS HONOUR:   Yes, thank you, Mr Davis.  You are content with that, Mr Brady, are you?

MR BRADY:   That would be by consent, your Honour, yes, those terms.

HIS HONOUR:   Thank you.
