I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Superannuation Act  1976.

The Aliens Regulations are amended as set out in the following table:

Sub-regulation 3 (1), definition of “prescribed person”...........................	Omit “Department of Labor and Immigration”, substitute “Department of Immigration and Ethnic Affairs”.
Sub-regulation 3 (1), definition of “the Act”...	Omit “Aliens Act 1947-1952”, substitute “Aliens Act 1947”.
Sub-regulation 4 (1).......	Omit “Department of Labor and Immigration” (wherever occurring), substitute “Department of Immigration and Ethnic Affairs”.
Sub-regulation 8 (1).......	Omit “two and a half inches by two inches”, substitute “65 millimetres by 50 millimetres”.
Regulation 12.................	Omit “Department of Labor and Immigration” (twice occurring), substitute “Department of Immigration and Ethnic Affairs”.
Sub-regulation 13 (1).....	Omit “Department of Labor and Immigration” (twice occurring), substitute “Department of Immigration and Ethnic Affairs”.
