I [Assented to, 12th March, 1872.1

W HEREAS it is ient to reduce the fees payable under Preamble,

it therefore Enacted by the

Governor of the Australia,, with the advice and

consent of the	House of Asscmbly of the
said Province,	assembled, as follows :-

1. Schedule B of tbe L Aliens Act, 1 864," is hcreby repealed, ~~~~~i Schedule B.

and the following substit ed in lieu thereof, viz. :-
