Regulations under the Alcohol Reform (Substance Misuse Assessment and Referral for Treatment Court) Act
These Regulations may be cited as the
These Regulations commence on 1 July 2011.
For section 16(2) of the Act, each of the following is not a relevant offence:
(a) a sexual offence as defined in section 3 of the
Sexual Offences (Evidence and Procedure) Act that would, apart from this regulation, be a relevant offence;(b) an offence involving the use or threatened use of violence that would, apart from this regulation, be a relevant offence, other than an offence against section 188(1) of the Criminal Code.
