Application for approval of the Alcohol and Drug Foundation ACT Inc. (ADFACT) Single Enterprise Agreement 2010-2013.

[1] An initial reading of the employer’s declaration in support of this application for the approval of the Alcohol and Drug Foundation ACT Inc. (ADFACT) Single Enterprise Agreement 2010-2013 suggested there were difficulties with certain pre-approval steps. Having raised some of those matters in a preliminary way with the applicant in correspondence dated 15 December 2010, a notice of discontinuance has been now been filed.

[2] In the circumstances, the proceedings are concluded.
