Alcohol and Drug Dependency Amendment Regulations 2003

I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Alcohol and Drug Dependency Act 1968 .19 May 2003

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Alcohol and Drug Dependency Amendment Regulations 2003 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Alcohol and Drug Dependency Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 9A insertedAfter regulation 9 of the Principal Regulations , the following regulation is inserted in Part 3: 9ALeave of absence For the purposes of section 45(1) of the Alcohol and Drug Dependency Act 1968 , a leave of absence form is to be in accordance with Form 10A. 5Schedule 1 amended (Forms) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting after Form 10 the following form: Form 10A
