I, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Albury‑Wodonga Development Corporation (Abolition) Act 2014, fix 1 January 2015 as the day on which Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
