I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Albury-Wodonga Development (Amendment) Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 18 September 1992 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
