1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all land in Zone B6 Enterprise Corridor under

Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010.

4      Amendment of Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010

Insert “Bulky goods premises;” in alphabetical order in item 3 of the matter relating to Zone B6.
