1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 4).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 849897, being part of 530 Kiewa Street

(also part of Queen Elizabeth II Square), Albury.

4      Amendment of Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Column 1 of Part 1.
