1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 25).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at Ettamogah and Springdale Heights, being—

(a)	part of Lots 15–19, 25, 26 and 30, DP 1189851,
(b)	part of Lots 205–210, 221, 222, 235–238, 240–242 and 249 and Lots 211–216 and 239, DP 1218522, and
(c)	part of Lots 310, 314, 315, 329, 345, 346, 348, 349 and 357 and Lots 311–313, 347 and 354, DP 1252690.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
