I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 21).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010 applies and, in particular, to the following land at South Albury:

(a)

part of Lot 1, DP 1087117, Wodonga Place,

(b)

part of Lot 4120, DP 1087043, being part of 317 Wodonga Place,

(c)

Lot 1, DP 542181, 323 Wodonga Place.

Schedule 1

Amendment of Albury Local Environmental Plan

[1]      Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert “development” before “consent” wherever occurring in clauses 1 (2), 2 (2), 3 (2), 4 (2), 5 (2), 6 (2), 6A (2), 7 (2), 8 (2), 9 (2), 10 (2), 11 (2), 12 (2), 13 (2), 14 (2), 15 (2), 16 (2) and 17 (2).

Insert “and identified as “3” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map” after “DP 726722”.

Insert after clause 11:

Use of certain land at Wodonga Place, South Albury

(1)

This clause applies to following land at South Albury:

(a)

part of Lot 1, DP 1087117, Wodonga Place,

(b)

part of Lot 4120, DP 1087043, being part of 317 Wodonga Place,

(c)

Lot 1, DP 542181, 323 Wodonga Place,

and identified as “11A” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for any of the following purposes is permitted with development

consent:

(a)

business premises,

(b)

office premises,

(c)

function centres,

(d)

food and drink premises,

(e)

shops.

Insert in appropriate order:
