This Plan is Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 15).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to part of the former Lavington Library site, being part of Lots 1 and 2, DP 1194751, 329 Griffith Road, Lavington.

4      Amendment of Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Insert in appropriate order in Part 1 in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:

329 Griffith Road, Lavington (part of the

Part of Lots 1 and 2, DP 1194751, identified

former Lavington Library site)

as “Operational Land” on the Land
