1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)

In respect of the amendments set out in Schedule 1 [1]–[3], this Plan applies to all land in Zone B4 Mixed Use under Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010.

(2)

In respect of the amendment set out in Schedule 1 [4], this Plan applies

to all land to which Albury Local Environmental Plan 2010 applies.

[1]      Land Use Table

Insert the following in alphabetical order in item 3 of the matter relating to

Zone B4 Mixed Use:

Caravan parks;

Residential accommodation;

[2]      Land Use Table, Zone B4 Mixed Use

Omit “Caravan parks;” and “Residential accommodation;” wherever occurring in item 4.

[3]      Land Use Table, Zone B4 Mixed Use

Insert “Rural workers’ dwellings;” in alphabetical order in item 4.

[4]      Schedule 2 Exempt development

Omit the heading “Signage—under awning signs” where firstly occurring.

Insert instead “Signage—bracket signs”.
