Made by the Albany Port Authority.

Citation

L. These regulations may be cited as the Albany Port Authority Amendment

Regulation 74 amended

2. Regulation 74 of the Albany Port Authority Regulations 1951* is

amended —

(a)	by deleting "2.31" in the 5 places where it occurs and substituting, in each case, the following —
" 2.00 "; and
(b)	by deleting "1.19" and substituting the following —
" 1.15

Passed by a resolution of the Albany Port Authority at a meeting of the Authority held on 6th day of August 1993.
