ALBANY PORT AUTHORITY ACT 1926

ALBANY PORT AUTHORITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by the Albany Port Authority.

Citation -

1.       These regulations may be cited as the Albany Port Authority Amendment

Iegulations 1992.

Commencement

2.      These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1992.

Regulation 74 amended
3. Regulation 74 of the Albany Port Authority Regulations 1951* is

amended -

a under the subheading "GENERAL RATES -" by deleting -

"Inward	tonne	3.40
Outward	tonne	2.14"
and substituting the following -

Inward	tonne	2.31
Outward	tonne	2.31 ";

and

b	under the subheading "SPECIFIC RATES -"	by deleting -
"Petroleum products -

a	Bulk, by pipeline	tonne	3.74
b	Bunkers - on which inward wharfage has not been paid	tonne	2.60"

Passed by a resolution of the Albany Port Authority at a meeting of the Port
Authority held on the 9th day of June 1992.

The Common Seal of the Albany Port Authority was at the time of the
