PROCLAMATION

WESTERN AUSTRALIABy the Honourable Geoffrey Alexander }

[LS.] the State of Western Australia.

I, the deputy of the Governor, acting under section 9(2) of the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby vary the proclamation made under section 9(1) of the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 and published in the Gazette on 29 January 1988 at p. 189 by deleting the item in the Schedule to the proclamation and substituting the following item—

The whole of the land comprised in Albany Lot 1370 and all that portion of the water and seabed comprised in Plantagenet Location 7601, as shown on Land Administration Plan 16463 (Land Administration Public Plans: Albany 1:10 000 3.1 and Albany 1:2 000 11.04) other than that portion of the water and seabed shown coloured green on plan L.A.W.A. 1141.
