CEMETERIES ACT 1986

ALBANY CEMETERY BOARD BY-LAW AMENDMENTS

In pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by the abovementioned Act, and of all other powers enabling it, the Albany Cemetery Board hereby records having resolved on the 24'" day of October 1997 to make the following amendment—

(1) Carrying out Monumental Work
Delete sub-by-law 42.(2) and substitute the following—
"(2) Other than with the permission and in a manner approved by the Board a

person shall not place a mausoleum in a Cemetery."

(2) Specifications of Monuments
Delete "1.65m" in sub-paragraph 46.(1)(c)(i) and substitute the following—
"1.065m"

(3) Offence

Delete the figures "$1000.00" and "$50.00- in by-law 87 and substitute the following—

9. 73 Dumping of rubbish $50.00
"$500.00" and "$20.00" respectively

(4) Sixteenth Schedule
Delete the Sixteenth Schedule and substitute the following—
"Sixteenth Schedule Cemeteries Act 1986
