1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from orders of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (Payne and Stern JJA and Basten A-JA) allowing an appeal from orders of Stevenson J which, among others, entered judgment for the applicant against the first, second and third respondents in the amount of $1,076,869.33.

2. The application does not raise any question of general principle and has insufficient prospects of success.

3. Special leave to appeal is refused with costs.
