AJC PRINCIPAL CLUB ACT 1996 NO. 37—PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) G. SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the AJC Principal Club Act 1996, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 August 1996 as the day on which that Act, except Schedule 2.12, commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of the Proclamation is to commence on 1 August 1996 (Horses Birthday) all provisions of the AJC Principal Club Act 1996 except the amendment made by that Act to the Workers compensation Act 1987.
