Airports (Transitional) Regulations 1998

I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Airports (Transitional) Act 1996.

Name of Regulations

 1. These Regulations are the Airports (Transitional) Regulations 1998.

Commencement

 2. These Regulations commence on 1 July 1998.

Application of Part 3 of the Airports (Transitional) Act 1996

 3. For paragraph 20 (f) of the Airports (Transitional) Act 1996, the following airports are specified:

• (a)

  Bankstown Airport;

• (b)

  Camden Airport;

• (c)

  Essendon Airport;

• (d)

  Hoxton Park Airport;

• (e)

  Jandakot Airport.
