 These Regulations are the Airports (Protection of Airspace) Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1).

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Airports (Protection of Airspace) Regulations 1996

Schedule 1 amends the Airports (Protection of Airspace) Regulations 1996.

insert

6ALevel of air turbulence

 For subparagraph 182 (f) (i) of the Act, the level of air turbulence for turbulence caused by an emission from a stack or vent is upward vertical velocity of 4.3 metres per second at the point of emission.
