1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3Amendment of Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997

Schedule 1 amends the Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997.

[1]Subregulation 52 (2)

[2]Regulation 106, definition of Australian Road Rules

substitute

Australian Road Rules means the Australian Road Rules as approved by the Australian Transport Council and published by the National Road Transport Commission on 22 October 2003.

    Townsville Airport;

  2. (h)

    Launceston Airport.

[4]Further amendments — LCR Act

The following provisions are amended by omitting ‘LC Act’ and inserting ‘LCR Act’:

· regulation 32, definition of liquor authorisation

· subregulation 33 (1)

· subregulation 36 (1)

· paragraph 52 (2) (b).
