1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1).

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997

Schedule 1 amends the Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997.

13BTransfer of licence

• (1)

  In this regulation:

authorisations means the following that, under subregulation 10 (1), were taken to be granted to Caffe Italia Pty Ltd for premises at Departures Landside Pier C:

• (a)

  the on-licence under paragraph 18 (4) (g) of the Liquor Act for the premises;

• (b)

  the certificate of suitability for the premises under section 74A of that Act.

• (2)

  On 6 April 2001 the authorisations are taken to be transferred to Airport Retail Enterprises Pty Ltd, and to be held by that company under the same conditions as applied to Caffe Italia Pty Ltd before the transfer.
