 These Regulations are the Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Amendment Regulations 2000 (No. 1).

 If a person mentioned in column 2 of an item of table 2 has given the Board a copy of the plan of the premises mentioned in column 3 of that item, that person is taken to be granted:

• (a)

  an on-licence under paragraph 18 (4) (g) of the Liquor Act for the premises; and

• (b)

  a certificate of suitability for the premises under section 74A of that Act.
