Airports (Business Concessions) Regulations

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Airports (Business Concessions) Act 1959.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Airports (Business Concessions) Regulations.

Interpretation

2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, "the Act" means the Airports (Business Concessions) Act 1959.

Prescribed person or prescribed class of persons for purposes of paragraph 15(1) (a) of the Act

3. For the purposes of paragraph 15 (1) (a) of the Act, each of the following persons or classes of persons is prescribed, namely:

(a) the person holding, occupying or performing the duties of the office of Secretary to the Department;

(b) the persons holding, occupying or performing the duties of the following offices in the Department:

(i) Deputy Secretary;

(ii) First Assistant Secretary, Airports Division;

(iii) Regional Director;

(iv) Assistant Regional Director (Airports);

(v) Assistant Director (Operations), Airports Branch.
