Air Transport Regulation 2000 (NSW)

His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Air Transport Act 1964.

1Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Air Transport Regulation 2000.

2Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2000.

3Notes

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.

4Licence fees

A licence fee payable under section 7 of the Air Transport Act 1964:

• (a)

  must be paid within 30 days after the end of the month for which it is payable, and

• (b)

  must be accompanied by a duly completed return in a form approved by the Air Transport Council.

5Repeal

The Air Transport Regulation 1994 is repealed.
