DETERMINATION OF CLASS G AIRSPACE

1. Commencement

This instrument commences on 23^rd November, 2006.

2.         Revocation

Instrument number AERU 06-025 is revoked.

3.         Determination of Class G Airspace

The following airspace contained within the Flight Information Regions indicated hereunder in Attachment A, which is not otherwise declared as Class A, Class C, Class D, Class E, GAAP Control Zone, Prohibited Area or Restricted Area is declared Class G Airspace in accordance with Annex 11 to the Chicago Convention.
