DETERMINATION OF CLASS E AIRSPACE
Commencement
This instrument commences on 7th June, 2007.
2. Revocation
Instrument number AERU 06- 060 is revoked.
3. Determination of Class E Airspace
a.The following volumes of airspace described in Attachment A,
are established as Class E Airspace (in accordance with Annex 11 to the Chicago Convention) under the provisions of Air Services Regulation 2.04 (1 ) (b);
b.The following volumes of airspace described in Attachment A,
are established as Control Areas (in accordance with Annex 11 to the Chicago Convention) under the provisions of Air Services Regulations 2.04 (1 ) (d) and 2.04 (3); and
c. Those portions of Class E Airspace which cease to be airspace of that class become airspace of another specified class or special use airspace in accordance with specified conditions by AIP authorised by a delegate under the provision of Air Services Regulation 2.04 (2).
