Air Pollution Regulations² (Amendment)

I, GORDON GLEN DENTON SCHOLES, the Minister of State for Territories, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Pollution Ordinance 1984.

Standards of concentration

1. Regulation 4 of the Air Pollution Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-paragraph (c) (i) “black” and substituting “dark”.

General standards of concentration

2. Regulation 7 of the Air Pollution Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-paragraph (c) (i) “black” and substituting “dark”.
