Air Navigation Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Air Navigation Act 1920.

Fees and Charges

Regulation 329 of the Air Navigation Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (2) and substituting the following sub-regulation:

“(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in these Regulations, a person is not entitled—

(a) to the grant, issue, endorsement, validation or renewal of a licence, certificate, authority, authorisation, exemption or approval referred to in these Regulations; or

(b) to take an examination referred to in these Regulations,

being a matter in respect of which a fee or charge is payable under sub-regulation (1), until that fee or charge has been paid.”.
