Air Navigation Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Navigation Act 1920.

Restrictions on issue of licences, &c.

1. Regulation 322 of the Air Navigation Regulations is amended by omitting “a British subject” and “British subjects” and substituting “an Australian citizen” and “Australian citizens”, respectively.

Exemption of aircraft and spare parts from seizure on patent claims

2. Regulation 327 of the Air Navigation Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (4) (b) “British subjects resident in Australian territory” and substituting “Australian citizens”.
