Air Navigation Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Navigation Act 1920.

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1987.

Fees and charges

2. Regulation 329 of the Air Navigation Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (4) “item 77” and substituting “an item”.

3. The Schedule to the Air Navigation Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
