Air Navigation Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Navigation Act 1920.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Air Navigation Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.   Regulation 311d (Aircraft flying to or from Kuwait—prohibition)

2.1   Subregulation 311d (1):

Omit “or Kuwait”.

2.2   Subregulation 311d (2):

Omit “or Kuwait”.

2.3   Subregulation 311d (3):

Omit “or Kuwait”.

2.4   Subregulation 311d (4):

Omit “or Kuwait”.

2.5   Subregulation 311d (5):

Omit “or Kuwait” (wherever occurring).
