I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Air Navigation Act 1920.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1992.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Air Navigation Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 329 (Fees and Charges)

3.1   Subregulation 329 (2):

Omit the subregulation.

3.2   Subregulation 329 (3):

Omit the subregulation.

3.3   Subregulation 329 (5):

Omit “licence,”.

3.4   Paragraph 329 (6) (b):

Omit “licence,”.

3.5   Subregulation 329 (7) (definitions of “type A aircraft”, “type B aircraft”, “type C aircraft”, “type D aircraft” and “type E aircraft”):

Omit the definitions.

4.   Schedule 2 (FEES AND CHARGES)
