Air Navigation Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Air Navigation Act 1920.

Dumping of rubbish

1. Regulation 92a of the Air Navigation Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (3) “One thousand dollars” and substituting “$5,000”; and

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (6) “One thousand dollars” and substituting “$5,000”.

Witnesses

2. Regulation 281 of the Air Navigation Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “Forty dollars” and substituting “$1,000”.

Offences in general

3. Regulation 312 of the Air Navigation Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (5) (a) “Four hundred dollars” and substituting “$2,500”; and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (5) (b) “One thousand dollars” and substituting “$5,000”.

Posters, signs and advertisements within precincts of an aerodrome

4. Regulation 315d of the Air Navigation Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “$100” and substituting “$200”; and

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (4) “$100” and substituting “$200”.
