Air Navigation Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Air Navigation Act 1920.

After regulation 312b of the Air Navigation Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Dishonest acts in relation to licences and certificates

“312ba. (1) A person shall not commit a dishonest act in or in relation to an examination applicable to a licence or certificate.

“(2) Where a person commits a dishonest act in or in relation to an examination—

(a) the person shall be deemed not to have passed the examination; and

(b) the person is not entitled to sit for an examination applicable to a licence or certificate for a period of 12 months from the date of the first-mentioned examination.

“(3) In this regulation, ‘licence’ and ‘certificate’ have the same meanings as in Part XV.”.
