 These Regulations are the Air Navigation (Fuel Spillage) Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1).

 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Air Navigation (Fuel Spillage) Regulations 1999

Schedule 1 amends the Air Navigation (Fuel Spillage) Regulations 1999.
